The Humble Police Department reported the following for the period of July 11 to July 20:

* On July 12, Roy Colbert, 30, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 1400 S. Houston Ave. Officer T. Hudson was the arresting officer.

* On July 12, Shae Mitchmore, 18, was arrested at 1131 Glen Hollow Dr. on charges of burglary of a vehicle. Officer N. Ball was the arresting officer.

* On July 12, Kevin Hendry, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 16300 block of Hwy. 59. Officer J. Carr was the arresting officer.

* On July 12, Willie Thompson, 18, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer M. Bascus was the arresting officer.

* On July 13, Theodis Walls, 33, was arrested for shoplifting in the 19400 block of Hwy. 59. Officer D. Piper was the arresting officer.

* On July 13, Helen Klalfatis, 34, was arrested for theft in the 9400 block of FM 1960. Officer M. Doyle was the arresting officer.

* On July 14, Chelsea White, 21, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 9600 block of FM 1960. Officer T. Taylor was the arresting officer.

* On July 15, Natalie Hernandez, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer M. Bascus was the arresting officer.

* On July 16, Timmy Gabriel, 50, was arrested for theft in the 300 block of Dennis St. Officer K. Battenfield was the arresting officer.

* On July 16, David Calderon, 24, was arrested for shoplifting in the 20700 block of Hwy. 59. Officer M. Bascus was the arresting officer.

* On July 16, Patrick Causgrove-Carter, 52, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 15700 block of Hwy. 59. Officer J. Carr was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Daron May, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 17700 block of Hwy. 59. Officer B. Waldroup was the arresting officer.

* On July 17, Paula Seilheimer, 37, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer M. Bascus was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Michael Starns, 18, was arresting for shoplifting in the 20400 block of Hwy. 59. Officer D. Brown was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Lenora Mcgarrity, 19, was arrested for shoplifting in the 20400 block of Hwy. 59. Officer D. Brown was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Briana Hernandez, 19, was arrested for shoplifting in the 20100 block of Hwy. 59. Officer J. Martinez was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Douglas Ashley, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer T. Sutton was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Kole Royal, 18, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer T. Sutton was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Joshua Van Orden, 18, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer T. Sutton was the arresting officer.

* On July 19, Garrett Allison, 27, was arrested for theft in the 800 block of Moonshine Hill Loop in Houston. Officer T. Taylor was the arresting officer.

* On July19, Steve Dixon, 44, was arrested for theft in the 800 block of Moonshine Hill Loop in Houston. Officer T. Taylor was the arresting officer.

* On July 19, Curtis Smith, 18, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer M. Doyle was the arresting officer.

* On July 19, Chikevia Roberts, 17, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer B. McCandless was the arresting officer.

* On July 20, Gracie Robledo, 19, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer B. McCandless was the arresting officer.

* On July 20, Nancy Barajas, 25, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Humble. Officer B. McCandless was the arresting officer.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Ron Hickmanís Humble office reported the following for the period of July 12 to July 18:

* On July 13, Deputy J. Mobley arrested two men for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop at the intersection of Lone Bridge Dr. and Forest Point Dr.

* On July 13, Deputy M. Cohen responded to a disturbance call where a vehicle driving erratically struck a neighborhood sign causing damage at the intersection of Mariner Pl. and Rolling Rapids Rd. During the investigation, a suspect was arrested.

* On July 14, Cpl. I. Diaz responded to a disturbance call and arrested a man for assault in the 18600 block of Artesian Way.

* On July 15, Deputy R. Tindale investigated a bicycle theft in the 19900 block of Foxwood Forest Blvd. During the investigation, a juvenile male was identified and the bicycle was recovered and returned to the owner. The complainant in the case refused to pursue charges.

* On July 16, Cpl. I. Diaz arrested a man during a disturbance call in the 18500 block of Falcon Crest Dr.

* On July 16, Deputy J. Baker filed charges against a man who assaulted a woman during a disturbance in the 19900 block of Foxwood Forest Blvd.

On July 18, Deputy R. Brewer responded to a disturbance call and arrested a man for assault in the 18900 block of Oak Way Dr.

Harris County Sheriff Tommy Thomasí office reported the following for the period of July 13 to July 19:

* On July 13, Deputy Bullock stopped a white Honda Prelude traveling on Will Clayton Parkway for not displaying a front license plate. After stopping the vehicle, the Deputy realized one of the tires was flat and the driver had been riding on the rim. The Deputy also noticed full bottles of beer on the back floorboard and detected a strong odor of alcohol on the driver. Taylor Deal,19, of Humble, was arrested for driving under the influence.

* On July 15, Ronald Austin, 51, of Houston, was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to stop and give information after being involved in an accident. Austin continued to drive for approximately 15 miles before stopping to exchange information with the other driver. Deputy Alanis was the arresting officer.

* On July 18, Deputy Bernal initiated a traffic stop on East FM 1960. Christina Hubbard, 24, of Kingwood, was arrested for driving under the influence.
