Last week, Rotarians received an update from Club President Bill Davis on two Engineers without Borders projects currently underway in El Salvador. The first project is a community well, expected to be finished this summer, while the other project is to build an additional retaining wall at Colonia Esmerelda, a community near San Jacinto in the Central American country. The Humble Rotary donated $8,000 to the projects. The club will not have a speaker on Feb. 28 or March 7, while they organize their 43rd annual spaghetti dinner scheduled for May 11.
