Kings Harbor, a 20-acre, mixed-use destination on the Lake Houston waterfront, announced that Joseph Chris Partners has renewed its leases and will relocate its core business within the property to renovated offices. Joseph Chris Partners also is partnering with Kings Harbor to continue operating the newly rebranded Kings Harbor Coworking offices. Ranked by Forbes as one of the nation’s top executive search firms, Joseph Chris Partners is a Houston-based business that has been a part of the Kingwood community for more than 20 years.
“Over our 40-year history, our network of connections in the industries Joseph Chris Partners serves has grown exponentially, and we are committed to staying on the forefront,” said Veronica Ramirez, CEO/president of Joseph Chris Partners. “Although our tools, technology and services are evolving to serve dynamic businesses in real estate, construction, finance and infrastructure, our foundation of integrity and strong relationships remains unchanged.”
Several years ago, Joseph Chris Partners and the ownership of Kings Harbor saw a lack of shared work space in the Kingwood community. They recognized coworking is an increasingly popular option for entrepreneurs, small businesses and major corporations that need flexible office arrangements. Adapting to meet the need, Joseph Chris Partners launched the original concept, which is now rebranding as Kings Harbor Coworking.
“We are pleased to build on our relationship with Joseph Chris Partners,” said Robert Williamson, vice president of investment and capital markets with Midway, the developer and operator of Kings Harbor. “The office space in Kings Harbor is now 100% leased, and we look forward to bringing Kings Harbor Coworking to business people in the Kingwood area. Flexible office arrangements will appeal to a host of businesses, whether the owners live and work in Kingwood full time or their work brings them to the community on a temporary, project basis.”
Joseph Chris Partners has successfully placed more than 8,000 professionals in every U.S. state and internationally, providing recruiting, consulting, career transition and executive coaching to companies in real estate and construction industries. As the founders of the Turn Kings Harbor Blue appreciation event to celebrate and honorpolice, Joseph Chris Partners will again invite the Kingwood community to say “Thank You” to Kingwood/Atascocita law enforcement at the 5th annual event Friday, Nov. 8, from 6-9 p.m. at Kings Harbor.
Welcoming Kings Harbor Coworking and renewing Joseph Chris Partners’ lease enhances the district’s mix of offerings for unique office spaces in addition to its fashion, food, fun and fitness experiences. At the beginning of the year, Kings Harbor welcomed BELagree Fitness, a new studio featuring certified instructors teaching the Lagree method, a unique combination of strength training, endurance, cardio, balance, flexibility and core strength. Also, newly opened, first-time Kings Harbor tenant Wine and Design Kingwood brought the popular paint and sip concept to Kings Harbor. In other recent news, Sharky's Waterfront Grill, now owned and operated by Ronald and Rosa Perez of Chimichurri's South American Grill, is preparing for a summer reopening.
Only a few retail and restaurant vacancies remain in Kings Harbor, the Kingwood area’s favorite mixed-use district and the only location to command Lake Houston waterfront. Updates on free community events and Kings Harbor restaurant and shopping hours of operation are available at Kings-Harbor.com and on Facebook and Instagram. Kings Harbor Coworking is currently 80% leased and has availabilities as affordable as $350 per month. For leasing information for Kings Harbor Coworking, contact Adam McAlpine at 281-973-4562.
