A year and a half.

Why did you become a Realtor?

I have a love for helping people and a love for houses. After a second layoff I decided it was time to combine the two and do what I love and love what I do.

$130,000

How long have you been in the area?

I have been in the Humble area most of my life. I grew up working in my parents’ business in downtown Humble. I met a lot of interesting people and this is where my love for the Humble area began.

What do you think about the market at this time, and what advice might you have for someone considering buying or selling?

The mortgage interest rates have hit a 12-month low. Now is a good time to sell and buy. Sellers should know that it is important to price your house right and always make sure it shows the best that it can. First impressions make a difference, especially when there are many homes on the market. Buyers should know that it is important to be pre-approved. There are many great lenders out there that want to help you. It doesn’t hurt to check a few out to see what they have to offer. I can provide you with a list of lenders if needed.
