On Nov. 25, a deputy with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8500 block of FM 1960. The driver was identified as Clinton Moore. During the course of the traffic stop, the deputy located more than 12 ounces of marijuana, more than 7 ounces of concentrated marijuana oil cartridges designed for vaping, a digital scale and other items consistent with the sale and distribution of narcotics. All contraband was seized and will be used as evidence in trial. Further investigation revealed Moore was presently out on bond for a previous possession with intent to distribute charge. Moore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with felony possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $1,500 out of the 182nd District Court.
