This 8-ounce filet mignon is served with warm gorgonzola, whipped potato and wok-fired spinach. No steak knife is needed for this perfectly cooked (medium) steak. The flavor of the sauce complements the fresh garlic and spinach side. Paired with a nice port wine, it is heavenly. As an option, you can order the filet wrapped in prosciutto.
