River Grove Park entrance road to be stabilized, resurfaced

Earlier in the year when the Kingwood Service Association (KSA) Parks Committee approved resurfacing the River Grove Park entrance road between Hamblen Road and the park’s facilities area, it authorized funding to cover the cost of routine asphalt resurfacing as has been done over the years since the road was built.
