The deadline for candidates to officially file their intention to run for one of the four open positions for the Humble ISD Board of Trustees is tomorrow.

Rolando Iseas Cruz officially filed on February 15 to run for election to the Humble ISD Board of Trustees for Position 1. Cruz plans to run against incumbent Robert Sitton.

The filing period for the four open positions for the Humble ISD Board of Trustees ends on Feb. 17. Four of the seven school board positions – positions 1, 3, 4 and 5 – are up for re-election in May. As of Jan. 31, four people have formally filed to run.
