It's that time of year when you and your friends have the opportunity to honor some very special members of our HAAM family. This year’s honorees are: City of Humble, Danell Fields and Nancy and Kenny Shortsleeve.
Just once a year, you are asked to participate in a major fundraiser. You have the chance to help continue the mission of help and hope that directly impacts the families in our community. What is accomplished with your donation is astounding – holiday meals for 1,356 families, Christmas toys for 1,766 children, job center assistance for 1,159 clients ... The list is endless. While depending on a coalition of churches and organizations that provide more than 46,000 volunteer hours each year, HAAM also relies on your generosity to fund their many programs that help clients receive essential resources to move toward self-sufficiency.
Humble Area Assistance Ministries is a nonprofit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code: EIN 76-0298820. They are looking for sponsors for the 2020 Pillars of the Community “Spring Fling” Event Friday, March 27 at 6 p.m. The event will be in the beautifully remodeled Clubs of Kingwood, featuring entertainer Mickey Hobbs. Donations of items such as sports or theater tickets, trips, airline miles or experiences for our raffle would be appreciated.
Honor these very special members of the HAAM family and help continue their mission. Our community needs HAAM and HAAM needs you. If you are unable to attend, please consider a donation.
