The Signorelli Company celebrated its 25th year in business by moving into their new corporate headquarters at 1401 Woodlands Pkwy., directly off I-45. The company purchased nearly 2 acres as a part of the former Keller Williams Realty building, giving them enough land to redevelop a campus to solve their growing needs. Working with ArchCon Corporation, Identity Architects, CDA Architects and DEKO Creative Interiors, the original building’s interior and exterior finishes were demolished to allow for a nearly 4,500-square-foot building expansion, creating a state-of-the-art, 16,000-square-foot campus equipped with indoor/outdoor flex space, large gathering area, abundant meeting rooms, a convenient fully functioning kitchen, breakroom and common areas. The company’s culture was a big inspiration for the campus.
“Our workplace design goals included promoting collaboration, wellness, energy, celebration and innovation,” said Danny Signorelli, CEO and president. “We ensured the new space not only met our demand to house all divisions and staff within the overall operation, but also complemented our culture. We believe work should be fun. Coupling the flexible environment where team members can work indoors and enjoy plenty of natural light magnified by our open-concept design and wall-to-wall glass with the opportunity to take a laptop or cell phone outdoors to enjoy meaningful common areas surrounded by the natural setting of native trees, ponds and fountains, makes for a pretty good day for a lot of good people in the Signorelli Company Family.”
The Signorelli Company has been in The Woodlands for over five years now, moving from the Chase Bank Building to their new headquarters this past month. The neighboring dining, shopping and entertainment options, combined with direct access to I-45 and nearby Grand Parkway, provides a central location only 15 minutes from IAH and 30 minutes from Downtown Houston. This allows for convenient commutes for employees and business dealings throughout the entire Greater Houston market.
