Carolyn Wise was recently named Rotarian of the Year by the Kingwood Rotary Club. Wise received the prestigious award from outgoing Kingwood Rotary president, Tom Hall, in recognition of her distinguished service, loyalty and devotion to the ideals of Rotary. The award was presented at Kingwood Rotary’s end-of-the year award ceremony and incoming officer installation dinner at the Kingwood Country Club. The event was attended by District Governor Sunny Sharma with his wife, Rashmi, and Assistant Governor Scott Stephens with his wife, Melody. Wise is married to Bruce, also a member of the Kingwood Rotary Club. Their son, Christopher, is a 2009 graduate of Kingwood High School. Wise is a Paul Harris Fellow, which recognizes her generous support of The Rotary Foundation which enables Rotarians to carry on worldwide educational and humanitarian programs.
