Edith Thielke, a long-time Humble resident, turned 90 Sept. 8.

She received a beautiful certificate from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott as well as letters from former U.S. Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. She also was honored by her favorite Mexican restaurant, Humble’s own Noyola’s. They delivered her favorite lunch and a birthday card signed by everyone that works at the restaurant to her home.

Thank you so much for posting information on my mother's 90th birthday! She is thrilled that your paper is celebrating her big day.
