On May 17, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a welfare check in the 23800 block of Firegate Drive.
Upon arriving, contact was made with a male identified as Jorge Macedo, who was non compliant. During the investigation, he attempted to physically fight deputies. A deputy utilized his department issued taser to safely subduehim."Jorge Macedo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interfering with the Duties of a Public Servant.His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 8." - Constable Mark Herman
