Details: On August 05, 2016 Deputy S. Morales with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to suspicious persons in a vacant home located in the 21100 block of Fox Orchard. Upon arrival, Deputy Morales made contact with defendants Lynette Riba and Israel Rodriguez. Riba ran from Deputy Morales and after a short foot pursuit she eventually surrendered to deputies. Riba was arrested and charged with Evading Arrest, while Rodriguez was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass. Riba and Rodriguez were both booked into the Harris County Jail.

DEFENDANT: Hodges, Christopher / Age 27 / New Caney, Texas / 290th District Court / No Bond

 

Details: On August 06, 2016 Deputy B. Barragan with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a violator in the 19800 block of Kenswick Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Christopher Hodges, Deputy Barragan observed that Hodges and the other passengers of the vehicle appeared nervous. Further investigation by Deputy Barragan revealed that Hodges was in possession of 0.5 grams of Heroin and 2.3 grams of Diazapan. Hodges was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and was booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 06, 2016 Deputy C. Bergman with Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 19800 block of Kenswick Dr. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Caleb Pescetto, Deputy Bergman observed marijuana in plain view. Further investigation by Deputy Bergman revealed that Pescetto was in possession of 0.4 ounces of Marijuana. Pescetto was arrested, charged with Possession of Marijuana and was booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On August 08, 2016, Corporal R. Belvin with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a gas station located in the 7000 block of FM 1960 in reference to a disturbance. Upon Corporal Belvin’s arrival, the complainant reported that the defendant, Zachery Lane, had entered the business and caused a disturbance. The complainant stated that he asked Lane to leave the business several times, which Lane refused to do. Lane was arrested, charged with Criminal Trespass, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
