On August 30, 2018, Lieutenant Harrah and Lieutenant Gheen with Constable Mark Herman's Office gave presentations to the Precinct 4 Citizen's Police Academy Class #36 about the Precinct 4 Accident Investigations Unit and Special Operations Unit. The presentations addressed everything from fatality accident investigations, traffic scenarios and hotspot policing.

The citizens also had an incredible hands on experience where they played the role of police officers under these scenarios and all did an excellent job! #Pct4CPARocks
