On Feb. 5, deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the 8100 block of Villandry Lane in Kenswick in reference to an aggravated assault. Upon deputies arriving, the complainant stated that she was in a verbal altercation with a juvenile suspect. During the altercation, the juvenile displayed a handgun. The complainant, in fear for her life, quickly got in her vehicle with her 3-year-old child and attempted the leave the location. The juvenile then fired multiple gunshots at her vehicle before fleeing the scene. Neither the complainant nor the child were injured during the altercation. Deputies searched the area and were able to locate and apprehend the juvenile. “The juvenile was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center, charged with aggravated assault.
