Roegner

On March 12, a deputy with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 20200 block of Timber Forest Drive in Atascocita.

During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, Clayton Roegner, was unlawfully carrying a weapon and the passenger, Kaelon Kirkpatrick, was in possession of marijuana. Further investigation revealed that Kirkpatrick was currently out on bond for a previous possession of marijuana charge.

Roegner and Kirkpatrick were arrested and booked into the Harris County jail. Roegner was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon and received a $100 bond. Kirkpatrick was charged with possession of marijuana and received no bond out of County Court 8.
