-Up to $5,000 Cash Reward-
(HOUSTON, TX) - The FBI Violent Crime Task Force needs the public’s help identifying and locating a man who robbed a J.P. Morgan Chase Bank on Friday in southeast Houston. Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information which leads to the identification and arrest of the robber.
The robbery occurred at approximately 2:12 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019, at the J.P. Morgan Chase Bank located at 7545 Bellfort Avenue.
The suspect, dressed all in black, entered the bank, approached a teller, and handed over a threatening note demanding cash. The teller safely walked away from the counter, and the robber left the bank moments later with no money. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.
The robber is described as a black male in his 50s, approximately 5’8” tall, with a greying goatee and a medium build. During the robbery, he wore a black do-rag, a black t-shirt, black pants, gray shoes, and dirty black-rimmed eye glasses.
