Jaelon Idlebird

On June 7, a deputy with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's office responded to a residence located in the 3600 block of Wintergreen Drive in reference to a house that had been burglarized. Upon arriving, it was discovered that an unknown suspect(s) broke into the residence through a bathroom window. Deputies were able to gather key evidence on location that led to the positive identification of Jaelon Idlebird as the person who burglarized this residence. Constable investigators have tied him to two other burglaries in the same area and recovered property that was stolen from all three residences. The stolen property is in the process of being returned. On July 25, Idlebird was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with burglary of a habitation and theft (possession of stolen property). He received $5,000 bond out of 248th District Court and his initial court date is set for Aug. 19.
