Garrick Garcia was arrested and booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver with a deadly weapon with enhancement.

Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant Sept. 10 at a residence in the 5100 block of Moonshadows Drive. Deputies located and detained a male suspect, identified as Garrick Garcia, attempting to flush narcotics down a toilet at the residence. During the course of the investigation, numerous prescription medications, 3.5 grams of cocaine, liquid THC, THC cigarettes, prescription labels, six handguns and $2,800 in cash were seized. Garcia was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver with a deadly weapon with enhancement. His total bond was set at $50,000 in the 337th District Court.
