Seared Atlantic Salmon, on Chef Stacy’s seasonal menu, is a generous, delicate filet over ricotta gnocchi, English peas, whole baby carrots and diced, smoked ham. The dish is topped with a Meyer lemon cream sauce and fresh pea tendrils. This dish is perfect for special occasions and should be followed by one of Chez nous’ decadent desserts!
